I created a new The Sims 3 game folder in Documents that was empty apart from a Mods folder that only had my default replacements inside. I backed up my program files and game folder and then uninstalled everything. one that comes with the base game or an EP) and how it might be possible to get these worlds to use default replacements, well, by default. I tried a couple of things out found out that if it's a world that you install via the launcher (i.e. only just last year), that the Sims created prior to the default replacements being added needed to be "refreshed" in some way in order the new skins, eyes, makeup, etc to show up. I was a bit later than most in noticing how default replacements in CAS behave when it comes to new and existing saves (i.e. Hi all, hopefully this doesn't sound too longwinded.
